All deliveries are guaranteed to be shipped within the agreed time-frame allowed and to be free of damage or defect.
In the unlikely event of product damage or defect, William Wallace Garden Furniture provides a free, all-inclusive Warranty Coverage against any such potential issues. Our customer Service staff will remind you of our Warranty program for your benefit at the time your order is placed with us.
Where to Meet Us
You are invited to visit and tour our outstanding facility in Fordwich, Ontario during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00Pm weekdays and, or by calling in advance to make an appointment for after-hours visits. We also attend numerous consumer shows and exhibitions (listed below) throughout the year, which is perhaps more convenient for you.
